1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • During product launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Lahore orders: 5 business days
  • All over Pakistan orders: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping fees of Rs. 250 will be charged on all orders.
  • Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 10,000.

4. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Re-shipping fees may apply for returned or undelivered orders due to incorrect information.
